We do a complete review of all the areas you want to be cleaned and identify spots and stains. It is best if someone is with us who can identify the source of the stains, as there are specialty removers that work on specific soiling.
Vacuuming
To do the best job possible, we request that the carpet be vacuumed before we arrive. This ensures that as much dry dirt is removed before the steaming process.
Pre-Spray
Once the stains have been identified, we select the remover that is designed for the stain. We do a small test first to make sure there is no negative effect on the carpet. Once confirmed that it is safe, we treat the stains. Note, stain treatment is an additional service so we make sure we are clear about the ones you want to be eliminated.
Steam Cleansing
